O C Madden III
O C Madden III is the Broker and Managing Partner for Alaska Statewide Realty Company, and currently lives in Eagle River with his amazing wife Lara, and their house full of rescued Rottweilers. Prior to real estate, O C was the Director of Operations for a multi-unit Alaskan retail chain, and a sister retail chain in Kentucky ringing up a combined $175M annually in sales. In 2005, he became a Certified Fraud Examiner, conducting internal investigations for his employer, as well as volunteering his expertise to resolve fraud allegations in a number of churches and charities.

Jenn Zona
Jenn has been involved in many aspect of real estate in Ketchikan since 2010. Using her previous career experience working in online marketing for a national shoe brand, she knows the importance of ensuring her clients properties and needs are well marketed first-and-foremost. Andy Cummings fell in love with Ketchikan after his first trip to Southeast Alaska in the summer of 2013. The following summer, Andy made his dream of living in Ketchikan a reality. Happy to embrace the beautiful scenery, friendliness of the people and slower pace of life in Ketchikan – he’s not looked back to the hustle and bustle he left behind.
Andy has always been drawn to oceanfront living. He lived in southern California, working as a commercial diver repairing cruise ships and doing underwater construction for 18 years. He’s also been a General Contractor and served in the U.S. Air Force. All in all, Andy offers his clients a depth of knowledge from buying to selling, to building on land or underwater!

Tanya Lieberman
Born and raised on a dairy farm in rural South Dakota, Tanya Lieberman, comes from a farming background where hard work was instilled in her at a very young age by her parents and grandparents. There is an old saying, "You can take the kid off of the farm, but you cannot take the farm out of the kid." Tanya embraces this philosophy by starting each day at 4 am to serve her east coast clients and connects with clients in all time zones throughout her day.
